EasyKitchenPro.com products ship via UPS as our preferred provider. We use UPS ground shipping on most orders for reliable, timely delivery and tracking. Since we work with several suppliers and manufacturers to provide high quality cookware and kitchen accessories to our customers we may use other shipping providers if necessary to expediate your order.
Free Shipping on orders over $150
Free shipping and handling is offered to our customers on all orders that total over $150. All orders that qualify are shipped via UPS ground. Free shipping is only available within the continental USA. We will ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada for an additional charge. Contact us for the details.
International orders
We currently ship to addresses in the continental USA, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada only. We will evaluate adding other countries as we secure reliable shipping options.
Shipping and Handling
We want to make it easy to order products from our store. We ship all orders via UPS ground or equivalent. Shipping and handling are calculated on the total purchase price and will be added during checkout. Use the chart below to quickly figure the charges for your order.

Shipping Schedule
All orders placed with EasyKitchenPro.com are processed the same day Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Any orders received during the weekend are processed on Monday. Orders ship quickly, normally within 2 - 3 business days. Ground shipping times vary depending on your location but will normally be delivered in 3 - 10 business days. We will contact you if we know of any delays in processing or product availability.
Returns
If for any reason you have a product that you want to return, contact us at customerservice@easykitchenpro.com or call us at 1-877-248-2318. We will provide you with an authorization number and instructions for the return process. Normally items must be returned in the original packaging within 15 days of shipment. EasyKitchenPro.com will not accept returns without an authorization number provided by us. Depending on the reason for return some shipping charges may be deducted from the credit total.
